Fees
- Full Property Management at 10% of each month’s rent. Inc vat
- Full Photographic Inventory Report 10% of the first month’s rent only Inc Vat
- Tenant referencing per person £150.00 Inc Vat
- Gas safety £115.00
- Energy performance certificate £120.00
- EICR £245.00
Rent and deposit
On commencement of the let the following will be required in cleared funds:
First month’s rent and a deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent or if the property is managed through us deposit will be equivalent to 1 months rent plus £100.00.
